After 5 months of Turbo Fire (regular and advanced schedule), it’s time for a new workout. I will be starting P90X (finally!) May 7. To start things off right, I started a Shakeology 3-day Cleanse today. My husband joined me to do it also. It’s so great to have the extra support from your spouse & family.
I’ve been at a plateau for a while. I would like to get down to 135 so I am well below my BMI. Mainly I need to get back to basics. The Shakeology cleanse will be a good start. Then starting P90X and following the meal plan should get me on the right track.
