I completed Chalean Extreme in December 2011. It was a great 90 days of strength training and building up endurance. I was so amazed by how strong I became in such a short time. After finishing Chalean Exteme, I felt it was time to go back to Turbo Fire for a second round.
I've completed 5 weeks so far. The changes this time to my body are astonishing. It can only get better as I continue through my workout schedule.
