Week 6 of Insanity Done!


I’ve just finished week 6 of Insanity for my second round. I added two new workouts: Insane Abs and Max Sports Interval Training.

Insane Abs is just that! It was really tough but I manage to push through. Max Sports Interval Training was a refreshing surprise and a really great workout.  Using different sports as a focal point for each exercise was awesome. I'm looking forward to doing that workout again.

On to week 7!

August 1, 2011 - Returning to the Insanity

I started Insanity again nearly a month after I began Turbo Fire. It was tough doing the two workouts but I enjoyed the intensity. But with vacations and my schedule becoming a bit hectic, I needed to make a decision. I didn't want to fall into the trap of not working out at all.

I decided since I was closer to finishing Turbo Fire that I would but Insanity on hold. I just wanted to make sure I stayed on track and not fall off my workout schedule. I am not one to leave something unfinished. On August 1, I will pick up on Insanity where I left off.

I have my workouts scheduled out until late Spring 2011. After Insanity, I will do Chalene Extreme until the end of the year. In January 2012, I plan to do P90X. After than I'm thinking of doing RevAbs and Brazilian Butt Lift workouts.

This year has been life changing. Around this time last year, I was over 220 lbs and miserable. I see what I have accomplished so far and I am so thankful and blessed.
